GATE qualified: Candidates qualified in GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 examination.
IIT B.Tech: Candidates completed or in the final year of their B.Tech from any Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).
Sponsored: Candidates applying through sponsorship from various organizations recognized by DST as Research and Development units, candidates sponsored by NIOT or from educational institutions approved by AICTE/UGC/Government or from Government/ Public Sector Undertakings.
